本機(jī)一端裝有電機(jī)與減速機(jī)，電機(jī)功率通過皮帶傳給減速機(jī)，減速機(jī)再通過聯(lián)國器傳給V型桶，使V型桶能連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，帶動(dòng)筒內(nèi)物料進(jìn)行均勻的混合攪拌。
One end of this machine is equipped with a motor and a reducer. The power of the motor is transmitted to the reducer via a belt, and then the reducer transmits the power to the V-shaped barrel through a coupling, enabling the V-shaped barrel to operate continuously and causing the materials inside the cylinder to undergo uniform mixing and stirring.

Dry powder V-type mixer - Powder mixer usage and maintenance:
1.安裝:將機(jī)械放置平穩(wěn)，裝好機(jī)腳，墊平，使機(jī)械能運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)自如。
2.使用前先將需要加油處加好油，然后進(jìn)行空載運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，檢查各裝置固件是否有松動(dòng)。電氣是否正常，機(jī)械是否運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常，如有異常，需進(jìn)行整修和調(diào)試。
3.將加料口轉(zhuǎn)至上方，打開加料蓋進(jìn)行加料，加料量不可超過規(guī)定容積然后關(guān)緊加料蓋，開動(dòng)機(jī)器進(jìn)行運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，途中如發(fā)現(xiàn)異常，必須停機(jī)檢查。
4.下班后或者是更換品種必須將料斗內(nèi)、外沖洗干凈。
1. Installation: Place the machine steadily, install the machine feet, level it, and ensure that the machine can operate freely.
2. Before use, add oil to the necessary parts, then perform no-load operation to check if all device fasteners are loose. Check if the electrical system is normal and if the machine is operating normally. If there are any abnormalities, repair and debug are required.
3. Rotate the feeding port upwards, open the feeding cover to add materials, the amount of added materials should not exceed the specified volume, then close the feeding cover, start the machine to operate. If any abnormalities are found during operation, the machine must be stopped for inspection.
4. After work or when changing varieties, the material hopper inside and outside must be rinsed clean. |
